Which is Worse: Hate Speech Towards Obama or Bush???

"The Tea Party movement is a racist and fascist movement!"

This is a comment that someone made to me recently, but this is nothing new, as it seems that these sort of comments seem to be running rampant through the media circuit and thus the world population. My question is, when did this negative commentary begin... and ultimately, when will it end? Why can't we focus our time on debating the issues rather than 'name calling' and pointing fingers.
